The cars in India were excellent, but the car in Sri Lanka was a little small and cramped because the trips are long and less nice to travel in a relatively small vehicle.

Among the guides were better and less good. For example the guide in Cochin was difficult to understand and so was the guide in Belur, the rest were good.

We are on our way home and wishing to thank you for the most enjoyable and interesting trip in northern India.

All the planning of the trip and all the arrangements were made in a very professional way and worked like a good clock. The sites selected and the times allocated allowed for a pleasant trip with no pressure.

The guides at all four locations, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Rishikesh, were very knowledgeable, gave very good explanations, history and background for each site with very interesting insight on the Hindu culture, religion and mythology. They all spoke very good English, were helpful and cooperative, also beyond the duty of a guide.

All the hotels were more than expected, with specious rooms, nice facilities and excellent service. Also the Toyota Innova car allocated to us was very comfortable for the long drives, with great air-conditioning and contained with ease all of our (over) extended luggage.

I wanted to write on behalf of all of us and thank you for arranging such a brilliantly organised tour. We did and saw so much.

Both Northern India and Kerala were amazing. From our first introduction in Delhi, to atmospheric Varanasi, to the mystical and somehow magical Taj Mahal, where the smog lifted for us with perfect timing. From the very close encounter with a Tigress in Ranthambore, to the wonderful amber fort in Jaipur and beautiful Udaipur with its stunning lake views. The overnight house boat on the backwaters gave us tranquillity and a chance to start to unwind and the serenity continued with our 4 night final stay in Mararikulam.

Everything went perfectly. Except for one little hiccup in Udaipur with our accommodation. However, that was resolved very quickly and professionally and we were happy with our move to the Jagat Niwas Palace for one night. And in fact it gave us another experience in Udaipur. So it was not an issue at all and we would like to thank Nagendra for acting so efficiently.

Special mention needs to go to our driver Dahindra (please excuse the spelling if I have it wrong) who provided exceptional service and was always polite and punctual..

In fact, all the agents and guides looked after us really well without exception. We were very impressed with how smoothly everything worked and how we were met and looked after at every stage of our journey. So we had nothing to worry about at any point.

We were very pleased with the standard of all the hotels. All the hosts made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed some very good food.

So all in all a wonderful trip, so thank you to you and all your staff, agents and guides who made it such a success. We will be more than happy to recommend you to any friends who want to do a tour of India.

Sir/Madame, as I just completed and submitted my feedback questionnaire (re: above holiday) I feel I must add this e-mail to express my total satisfaction with every aspect of my experience. From the moment of booking to my final drop off at Dublin airport everything surpassed my wildest expectations. The complete organisation of the whole trip was of a quality never experienced before ( and I have broad experience after many years of travelling!) The hotels, food, transfers, itineraries and personnel on the ground, I could notfind fault with. By personnel I refer firstly to the coach driver and assistant. Both of them worked tirelessly to make our journeys as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. They treated, we, the passengers with the utmost of respect at all times and were forever conscious of our needs (water served just when it was most needed, etc)

Our guide and tour manager, Anurag Misra (Anu), was the most professional, considerate, understanding, patient guide that I ever experienced. His in-depth knowledge of all things India (and Ireland) amazed me at all times, be it historical, geographical, cultural, political, social, he shared all with us and further enhanced the whole experience. His fluency in English and understanding of Irish people made everybody feel "at home". He had an amazing ability to make every person feel comfortable and special. His forward - planning and timing meant that everything ran to perfection (adequate timing to visit all sites and always arriving at destinations on time.

As this was my first holiday with travel department, I can without hesitation say that it is just the first of many. I look forward to arranging my next trip with you know the not too distant future.

In generale abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo esperienze come il giro in risciò nella vecchia Delhi
il camel safari nel deserto la salita al forte di Jaipur in elefante il Taj Mahal stesso (di una bellezza disarmante) e l’essere in stretto contatto con i modi e costumi indiani (credo che girare in macchina sia stato un valore aggiunto che ci abbia permesso di scoprire cose che altrimenti ci saremmo persi). Alcune guide devo dire che hanno davvero dato un tocco in più alla nostra visita regalandoci aneddoti e momenti di risate che hanno impreziosito il tutto facendoci trascorrere davvero dei momenti indimenticabili.

Da poco rientrato dal viaggio in India organizzato con Viaggidea ed Air Italy, che ha visto la partecipazione di 10 Agenti di viaggio, voglio darVi conto dell'ottima riuscita del programma.

Il mix visite + esperienze + alberghi che ha caratterizzato il viaggio e' stato di alto livello, tutti gli adv presenti sono tornati con un carico di entusiasmo e soddisfazione che promette buoni ritorni di vendite.

Si e' ben capito che, con questa impostazione, la destinazione India puo' essere proposta senza problemi ad un perimetro di potenziali Clienti ben piu' ampio di quanto piu' o meno tutti avevamo in testa prima di partire.

Vorrei spendere una parola di particolare encomio per il Corrispondente, Earthen Experiences, che nella persona di Qamar ci e' stato sempre vicino e non e' stato secondo a nessuno per disponibilita', empatia e gesti di attenzione verso i Partecipanti.

In questo contesto abbiamo avuto una Guida, Mr Rajendra, che con la sue doti di conoscenza e l'innata simpatia e' stato un valore aggiunto importantissimo.

Credo e confido che questa destinazione ci dara' le soddisfazioni che merita!

Con questa occasione mando un caro augurio di Buone Feste a Voi ed ai Vostri Cari, auspicando per noi tutti un 2019 sereno e di soddisfazioni !

Ti anticipo per e-mail quello che poi ti dirò a voce quando ci sentiremo al telefono: è andato tutto benissimo! Grazie davvero di cuore a te e a tutto lo staff che direttamente o indirettamente ci ha seguito.

La nostra guida, il sig. Raji è stato impeccabile, ha saputo tenere benissimo il gruppo ed è stato in grado di dare spiegazioni che fossero giuste per il livello eterogeneo che avevo in questo gruppo.

Ottimi il primo e l’ultimo hotel di Dehli, il Mandawa Castle non è classificabile perché è l’esperienza che ti regala che è straordinaria in se’ quindi davvero unico. Ci siamo trovati bene anche a Jaipur e Agra, giustamente come ci eravamo detti in questo caso eravamo in un gradino più basso rispetto al Voyager che proponiamo e vendiamo da catalogo ma hanno comunque funzionato.

Ottima la scelta dei ristoranti (l’agriturismo in campagna è uno di quelli che ha riscosso più consensi) e davvero speciale la possibilità di visitare questo villaggio rurale con la relativa scuola (chi piangeva a destra e chi piangeva a sinistra per la grande emozione!).

Davvero grazie di cuore e ti prego di condividere questo mio ringraziamento con tutta la squadra del prodotto e del reparto gruppi.

Varanasi e’ stata la tappa piu’ bella ,grazie anche alla nostra guida Hukum singh ,che ci ha fatto vedere anche cose fuori programma e ci ha fatto cogliere lo spirito della loro religiosita.
